Our story.
Invest Porto currently manages 300 properties in Portugal and abroad, and its story begins in 2015 with an officer in the rank of captain named Shai Erlichman, who had just been discharged after six years of service.
After successfully making many positive investments for himself, he started helping family, friends, and acquaintances for free.
His impressive results for his initial circle of friends led them to push him (“social pressure”) to offer this service to the Portuguese public. Fortunately, they succeeded.
The second partner, Rafi (Raphael), began his journey in Florida, USA, where he purchased, improved, and held real estate. He then returned to Portugal, purchased plots, initiated projects, built, and realized them.
Shai established the company “Wizer” (the owner of the Invest Porto brand), and Rafi joined as an active partner in the company. Initially, “Wizer” improved and managed an operation providing short-term housing solutions (locally known as AIRBNB).
In the last five years, Shai and Rafi began investing their own money in Portugal as part of risk diversification and a solid investment mix. They bought, rented out, and even realized existing apartments.
At Invest Porto, we carefully select our investments and ensure that our clients are risk-free and receive maximum returns.

About our company
Our team includes an Portuguese lawyer, real estate entrepreneurs primarily operating in Portugal and abroad – the United States and, in the last three years, also in Europe. We have two local lawyers in Portugal; one specializes in real estate law and the other specializes in corporate law. The management team is led by a resident of the city of Porto, a talented architect, a chief engineer from the North District, and a tax consultant who manages our accounting activities in Portugal.
Our support service is done in stages and is conducted with full transparency with the investor throughout the process. Each of our investors can choose at any given moment not to continue with the process, whether the procedure is in its early stages or already at an advanced stage. We do not charge money in advance for any of our services, but instead charge our fees based on the progress of the property purchase process and the services we have actually provided.
We see investing in Porto as an opportunity, and our goal is to allow as many people as possible to benefit from the attractive investment conditions offered by the city of Porto – conditions that may change in a few years.
